The True about Shampoos & Frequent asked questions !

We have a tendency to believe that the "right" shampoo it's the solution for all  Hair Problems!

But it's not..... The first objective of the Shampoo is to clean your hair.

1. What is Shampoo?

Shampoo basically has three main components: a surfactant or other ingredient to cleanse the hair, a moisture or protein agent to smooth the hair and make it soft and shiny, and fragrance. The most varied of these ingredients is fragrance. In fact, in many products, the only difference is the fragrance used.

2. "My scalp is so Oily"! Why it's hard to find a good Shampoo?

A common complaint of individuals with oily scalp is "when I shampoo every day to prevent my oily scalp, my hair gets so dry", but if I use conditioner, the hair at my scalp looks oily within hours. We recommend to use always shampoo for normal hair, avoid Shampoo to strong that just will made your scalp over reacting and produce more oil and dry your hair ends! The problem of oily scalp vs. dry hair can be resolved with a little bit of adjustment in the treatment routine. First of all, there's no rule that says you have to work your shampoo completely through your hair. Try applying and massaging the shampoo only at the scalp, and apply your conditioner only on the ends of your hair.

3. Why you should avoid Shampoo and Conditioner Combos ?

Shampoo washes your hair and conditioner attempts to make it softer. Shampoo tends to lighten your hair whereas conditioner can weigh it down (by adding moisture and, in some cases, essential oils). You want to apply shampoo more aggressively to your scalp, because that's primarily what you're trying to clean, but conditioner is more effective when you focus on the ends of your hairs. (In fact, putting the bulk of conditioner in the center of your head and on your scalp can make it kind of gross when you have longer hair.) Because the two types of hair products are pretty different, you lose the ability to use them to their greatest benefit when they're combined. Basically, there's nothing wrong with shampoo and conditioner combos, but they're more effective when applied separately and effectively.

4. How dry Shampoo works ?

Oil, dirt and pollution accumulate naturally on a daily basis and need to be removed from the scalp and hair so the follicle remains clear, balanced, breathing and growing. But dry shampoos don't remove impurities — they only smother the follicle in the interim. Attempting to mask dirt and pollution with a dry shampoo only adds more grime and oil to your scalp and hair: like attracts like, so that build up you're adding to with dry shampoo is only going to get worse.
The point of dry shampoo is to absorb excess oil, but just like on the rest of your body, your scalp and hair needs oil. While an oily hairline isn't something most people covet, it's a natural function of your body and one that's integral to the health of your hair. So when you apply dry shampoo, it sucks up any oil on your head but it also stays put, leaving a dry shampoo/oil combination to sit on your follicle and, over time, sink in.
After a while, the buildup of this combo will be so severe that it'll completely clog the follicle, leading to possible hair loss and ultimately stunting growth.
Honor the long-term health of your hair and and shampoo daily with the right natural, totally organic shampoo that retains your natural oils!

5. What  Avoid in Shampoos and Conditioners ?
Does It Matter What Kind of Shampoo and Conditioner I Buy?

Although it shouldn't come as a surprise, harsh cleaning agents can damage your hair. The following chemicals are believed to be harsh and potentially damaging, but no definitive evidence has surfaced prove it:
Sodium Lauryl Sulfate
TEA Lauryl Sulfate
Ammonium Lauryl Sulfate
Ammonium Laureth Sulfate
Ammonium Xylene Sulfonate

If you're purchasing dandruff-eliminating shampoos, you'll also want to consider avoiding selenium sulfide and sulfur. Either way, you should notice a trend: types of ammonium and and sulfur show up a lot in the "bad stuff" list.Sodium Laureth Sulfate sounds just as bad, however, but is a supposed to be a gentler alternative to the chemicals in the list above. Some argue you should avoid it as well but, again, there is no definitive evidence. If you want to be extra careful, however, you should steer clear of the listed chemicals.(https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=REHYTLAZJTU)

6. What is SLS or Sodium Lauryl Sulfate ?

SLS as a foaming agent used in shampoos can be effective in removing dirt and oil from your hair. However, the benefits may be short lived if you experience health complications as a result of using a shampoo with SLS as a primary ingredient. Regular use of shampoos containing SLS can result in scalp and hair problems as it can have an impact on the protective layers of the skin and hair, causing your scalp to become very dry.

Daily use of shampoos containing SLS may also promote the development of dandruff, hair loss and an itchy scalp. Your hair follicles may also suffer damage as a result. Some people may experience problems while others may not, or in some cases increased exposure can result in one or more of the conditions listed above. It’s important to consider the compound effect using a shampoo containing SLS can have. As most of us will shampoo daily, the chemicals in your shampoo will build up over time in your body. While there is no evidence to link SLS to Cancer or other serious health issues, if you experience scalp problems then we recommend that you buy an SLS free shampoo.(http://slsfree.net/an-sls-free-shampoo-list/#sls-free-shampoo-brands)
